My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2025

Windy day.

Lots of carrying today.

And lifting.

A got few splinters on my shoulders. Fortunately, it's cold, so all the splinters were on my jacket, not on my skin.

I can't decide which is better attention color for these iron boards, so I'm spraying one side red and the other one yellow.

Perhaps I'll paint stripes on them.
