My Actifit Report Card: June 19 2022

With today being Father’s Day, farm work took a break and I spent the day with my dad, grandpa, and family. There was a campfire, a potluck, marvelous family conversation, and much laughter.

So, for my activity, I just took my daily Cow Pasture Constitutional and extended it a bit. All in all I walked for about an hour this evening. It was pretty serene☺️
