My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2022

Today started off as a bit of a sit down marathon after chores as Sunday is podcast recording day. In fact, my step count was only at around 2500 after dinner, so I decided to take a sedate stroll in the cow pasture to make sure I hit at least 5k steps.

Then my parents called. After a lovely long conversation as I strolled through the trees and cow patties, I noticed I was well over 10K steps. To celebrate my walking win, I went and told the kittens about it. Okay, I didn’t say anything, but I did play with the little cute mewlings. It was a pleasant way to end the night😊
