My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2022
It’s getting HOT out here!
Not that I mind, I enjoy the summer heat, especially since I’m blessed to live somewhere with 4 seasons😊
That said, even though it’s close to one hundo on the mercury, I still have lots of farming to do and was up early cutting my now fully bloomed lavender. One nice thing about distilling lavender oil is I can work on my blog while I watch the still, multi-tasking win!
My heart health got a nice workout today when I was cutting lavender, I reached out to grasp a handful of stems when my knuckle brushed against something fuzzy, Mama Spider was a chonk!
I finished off my evening and step count by conducting a lovely stroll through the cow pasture after feeding the critters. The stroll was made even nicer by a catch up with friends and family phone call return sesh.
Now I’m enjoying the sunset on my porch before turning in. It was such a splendid day!
