My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2025
I owe this outing to @altheana who felt like getting back into running the other day.
Both of us, we have a poor level. But we also grew mentally and our goal is no longer really performance, but above all, to go out, get some air and sweat a little.
Behind our house, there is a greenway to ride a bike, walk or run. It’s the perfect place to get back into running.
The goal was to run 1 minute at a moderate pace, then walk for 2 minutes before repeating this pattern 8 times.
Despite the low intensity of this session, my BPM went up well. Proof that these sessions are going to do us good!
We aim for 3 sessions per week. The hardest part will therefore be to keep going over time.
From experience, I know that after 3 to 5 weeks, it takes a big motivation to put on the shoes!

Je dois cette sortie a @altheana qui a eu envie l’autre jour de reprendre la course à pied.
Tous les deux, nous avons un piètre niveau. Mais nous avons aussi grandit mentalement et notre objectif n’est plus vraiment la performance, mais surtout, sortir, prendre l’air et transpirer un peu.
Derrière notre maison, il y a une voie verte pour faire du vélo, marcher ou courir. C’est l’endroit parfait pour reprendre la course à pied.
L’objectif était de courir 1 minutes à allure modérée, puis de marcher pendant 2 minutes avant de reproduire ce schéma 8 fois.
Malgré la faible intensité de cette séance, mon BPM est bien monté. Preuve que ces séances vont nous faire du bien !
Nous visons 3 séances par semaine. Le plus difficile sera donc de tenir dans le temps.
Par expérience, je sais qu'au bout de 3 à 5 semaines, il faut une grosse motivation pour enfiler les chaussures !
