My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2025

Hello Hive. Thursday we did not run because we took @altheana’s parents for a walk.

The goal of our return to running is not to go all out and lose motivation after 4 weeks. No, our strategy is to do small sessions to encourage ourselves to go and to get back into the habit of running.

So instead of cancelling our session, we postponed it to Friday (so yesterday). Which will also postpone the Saturday one to Sunday.

Next week we will resume a normal rhythm.

At the rate of 8 times 1 minute of running and 2 minutes of rest, the training is very quick.

I think we are starting to feel ready to move to 8 times 2 minutes of running.

Moreover, it was relatively nice yesterday, we walked to our workout spot. Even if the workout was over nearly 2km, we were actually active over 4.5km. Which is a good thing!

At the moment, the place is scattered with "buttercups". It’s a toxic plant for humans, but which still has benefits and is therefore used in medicine.

Tomorrow, it will be our last and 6th recovery session before moving the training to the next level.

Bonjour Hive. Jeudi nous n’avons pas couru car nous avons emmené les parents d’@altheana se promener.

L’objectif de notre reprise de la course à pied n’est pas d’y aller à fond et de perdre la motivation au bout de 4 semaines. Non, notre stratégie et de faire de petites séances pour nous encourager à y aller et à reprendre l’habitude de courir.

Donc au lieu d’annuler notre séance, nous l’avons décalé à vendredi (hier donc). Ce qui décalera aussi celle de samedi à dimanche.

La semaine prochaine nous reprendrons un rythme normal.

A raison de 8 fois 1 minute de course et 2 minutes de pause, l’entraînement est très rapide.

Je pense que nous commençons à nous sentir prêt pour passer à 8 fois 2 minutes de course.

Qui plus est, il faisait relativement beau hier, nous nous sommes rendu à pied sur notre lieu de sport. Même si l’entraînement était sur pas loin de 2km, nous avons réellement été actif sur 4.5km. Ce qui est une bonne chose !

En ce moment, le lieu est parsemé de "boutons d’or". C’est une plante toxique pour l’homme, mais qui possède tout de même des bienfaits et est donc utilisée en médecine.

Demain, ça sera notre dernière et 6ème séance de reprise avant de passer l’entraînement au niveau supérieur.
