My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2025
Hello Hive! We’re staying at our parents' place this weekend, but we didn’t forget our workout gear to keep up with our usual session!
When we visit our parents, we usually eat more than usual.
Especially since the rest of the family also wants to see us, so we end up making sweet cakes too.
I knew thunderstorms were expected on Sunday. Before heading out, I turned on my weather radar and saw a large storm cell heading straight toward us.
But I’ve been really interested in storms for a few years now, and I knew the cell would break up before reaching us. So we’d just get some rain.
And I was right, toward the end of our workout, we just got a heavy downpour. Perfect to cool us off, as it was really hot!
As for training, it was our last session of:
- 1 minute of running
- 2 minutes of rest
- x8
We barely struggled. So we’re ready to move on to the next level, which starts tomorrow!
@altheana and I aren’t giving up. We’re seeing our progress, our cardio is improving, and most importantly, we haven’t felt like quitting yet!

Bonjour Hive ! Nous sommes chez nos parents ce week-end, mais nous n’avons pas oublié nos affaires de sport afin de faire notre séance habituelle !
Lorsque nous allons chez nos parents, en général, nous mangeons plus que d’habitude.
D’autant plus que tout le reste de la famille veut aussi nous voir, donc nous mangeons aussi beaucoup des gâteaux sucrés.
Je savais que des orages étaient attendus dans la journée de dimanche. Avant de partir, j’ai allumé mon radar météo et j’ai aperçu une grosse cellule orageuse se diriger droit sur nous.
Mais je m’intéresse énormément aux orages depuis quelques années et je savais que la cellule allait se casser avant de nous toucher. Nous aurions donc simplement de la pluie.
Et pas loupé, car vers la fin de notre entraînement, nous avons simplement eu une très grosse pluie. Parfait pour nous rafraîchir, car il faisait très chaud !
Côté entraînement, c'était notre dernière séance de :
- 1 minute de course
- 2 minutes de pause
- x8
Nous n’avons presque pas eu de mal. Nous sommes donc prêts à passer à l’étape supérieure, qui commencera demain !
@altheana et moi ne lâchons rien. On voit nos progrès, notre cardio qui s'améliore et surtout, pour l'instant, nous ne ressentons pas l'envie d'abandonner !
