My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2025
Hello athletes! I am at the back of my couch tonight. We are expecting people with @altheana, so I have time to write my report of yesterday’s run.
We went running at the end of the afternoon after having spent a large part of the day outside taking care of the garden.
The session was the following:
- 2 minutes of running
- 2 minutes of break
- x8
This time, we each took our headphones to test a new concentration technique during the run and to avoid thinking about our pain.
In the end, we both really managed this session well. Our body adapted well to our new cycle.
We went to our running place, that is why the training lasted nearly an hour.
Today, however, tiredness is present. We did much more than a workout yesterday and now need to rest to let the body and the muscles regenerate.
Did you know that rest was at least as important as a session?

Bonjour les sportifs ! Je suis au fond de mon canapé ce soir. Nous attendons du monde avec @altheana, j’ai donc le temps de rédiger mon rapport de course d’hier.
Nous sommes partis courir en fin d'après-midi après avoir passé une grande partie de la journée dehors à nous occuper du jardin.
La séance était la suivante :
- 2 minutes de course
- 2 minutes de pause
- x8
Cette fois-ci, nous avons chacun pris nos écouteurs pour tester une nouvelle technique de concentration pendant la course et éviter de penser à nos douleurs.
Au final, nous avons tous les deux vraiment bien réussi cette séance. Notre corps s'est bien adapté à notre nouveau cycle.
Nous nous sommes rendus à notre lieu de course à pied, c’est pourquoi l’entraînement a duré près d’une heure.
Aujourd'hui en revanche, la fatigue est présente. Nous avons fait bien plus qu'une séance de sport hier et avons maintenant besoin de nous reposer pour laisser le corps et les muscles se régénérer.
Saviez-vous que le repos était au moins aussi important qu'une séance ?
