My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2025

Hello Hive!

New day in the life of a small ambitious entrepreneur who’s just trying to move forward. And today, another running session.

Right now I’m testing something: ChatGPT is creating my sessions. I give it my stats from the day before, my feelings, soreness, all that. And it suggests the next session. Honestly, it helps me quite a lot to stay consistent. I don’t know how good it is, but I think the important thing is to feel challenged and to know when to stop if something doesn’t feel right.

Yesterday, I had to run 15 minutes without stopping after two minutes of warm-up. I didn’t think I’d manage, but I was in a good mood. I had put on a podcast about solo entrepreneurs, in English. I don’t understand everything, but I tell myself that it’s by listening even when it’s difficult that you improve. There are always a few sentences I catch, and with time, I’ll end up understanding more.


The weather wasn’t great. It was raining when I put on my shoes, then finally nothing at all during the run. On the way back, I chopped some wood for the evening fire. The advantage is that it extends the effort.

I spent the rest of the day on a client project and on my personal projects.

And with that, I’m heading out again. It’s time for my daily run.

Nouvelle journée dans la vie d’un petit entrepreneur ambitieux qui essaie simplement d’avancer. Et aujourd’hui, nouvelle séance de course.

En ce moment je teste un truc, c’est ChatGPT qui me crée mes séances. Je lui donne mes stats de la veille, mon ressenti, les courbatures, tout ça. Et il me propose la séance suivante. Franchement, ça m’aide pas mal à rester régulier. Je ne sais pas ce que ça vaut, mais je pense que l'important et de se sentir challengé et savoir arrêter quand on sent que quelque chose ne va pas.

Hier, je devais courir 15 minutes sans m’arrêter après deux minutes d’échauffement. Je ne pensais pas y arriver, mais j’étais dans un bon mood. J’avais mis un podcast sur les entrepreneurs solo, en anglais. Je ne comprends pas tout, mais je me dis que c’est en écoutant même quand c’est difficile qu’on progresse. Il y a toujours quelques phrases que je capte, et à force, je finirai par tout comprendre.


Le temps n’était pas terrible. Il pleuvait quand j’ai enfilé mes chaussures, puis finalement rien du tout pendant la course. Au retour, j’ai fendu un peu de bois pour le feu du soir. L'avantage, c'est que ça prolonge l’effort.

Le reste de la journée, je l’ai passé sur un projet client et sur mes projets perso.

Et sur ce, j’y retourne. C’est l’heure de mon footing du jour.
