My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2026
Hello Hive!
I'm continuing my preparation for my first 10km in under 1 hour. Goal: hold 6 min/km over the entire distance. For now, I'm at 7:35/km on average, so there's work to do.
Today, new session generated via my app Runquest10k.com: 30 minutes in base endurance, then intervals, and 10 minutes in BE to finish.
The weather was perfect, I was motivated. And above all, I did much better than Monday where, with @altheana, we were coming out of an all-nighter after the weekend. Not the best condition to run.

Overall, I'm happy even if I didn't manage the intervals at 100%. But I'm progressing fast.
On the other hand, I should add strength training in the week. The thing is finding the time. Between work and personal projects, it's tight right now. Matter of priorities.
In the meantime, remember to move, go outside and touch some grass!

Je continue ma préparation pour mon premier 10km en moins d'1h. Objectif : tenir 6 min/km sur toute la distance. Pour l'instant, je suis à 7:35/km en moyenne, donc il y a du boulot.
Aujourd'hui, nouvelle séance générée via mon app runquest10k.com : 30 minutes en endurance fondamentale, puis du fractionné, et 10 minutes en EF pour terminer.
Le temps était nickel, j'étais motivé. Et surtout, j'ai fait bien mieux que lundi où, avec @altheana, on sortait d'une nuit blanche après le weekend. Pas la meilleure condition pour courir.

Globalement, je suis content même si j'ai pas géré les fractionnés à 100%. Mais je progresse vite.
Par contre, il faudrait que j'ajoute du renforcement musculaire dans la semaine. Le truc, c'est de trouver le temps. Entre le boulot et les projets persos, c'est serré en ce moment. Question de priorités.
En attendant, pensez à bouger, sortez dehors et touchez un peu d'herbe !
