My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2022

Since the moment i got up from the bed i turned on the Actifit app because i was curious to see how many steps i would by doing some housework.

My first task was to do the laundry and after that i was waiting for my sister to leave for her job.

I washed the dishes and two pots which i hate btw because they were big and i can't manage them.

When i did all of that, the steps were 5k already.

I did a shower and i went for a walk, but it wasn't just a walk after all because i was walking as fast as i could and i am so tired.
