My Actifit Report Card: My Day - January 5 2023

I wanted to walk as i was walking on summer in my city. So i tried to pass through the streets i used to pass.

I was sure that i would be tired too soon but i realized that all of the daily walking on Salamina island is really good for my body. Maybe i got some weight but by body is still the same as it was on summer.

I really want to lose that weight though because i just don't like it, i never did.

So today i had the opportunity to take some photos of the square that i used to spend some time. In summer there were many people and so many kids, but with this colder weather nobody likes it.

The best part is that there is a playground for kids so there is a place for anyone. Except for those who don't like too much of noises and children who scream for any reason.
