My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2025

Hello there!!!

I had a full day even though i wasn't sure about the evening.

When i woke up i got my last pills of the medicine and i did the laundry.

I got dressed and i went to my future boss for checking the paperwork for the practice. I did a mistake and i had to rewrite them but it would be too messy, so i went across the street where the bookstore is and do the correction. I didn't have cash on me that moment and the girl who works there told me to pass by again for paying them. I agreed for the evening but it was a mistake.

After that i returned back to prepare my lunch, and until the burgers were ready i headed to the supermarket for a few things.

I ate too much for lunch and even though the hours passed i was still full. The last thing i wanted was to go out again.

I had though because i agreed for the payment, and then i bought a can of sofa for helping me to digest the food faster.

I did my walk as well and then i returned back.

After the hospital i eat normal again and i would like to check my weight because i ate more food than usual 'cause of the medicine i had to take for six days.
