My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2026

Hello there!!

Second day in a row of going out for my regular walking!

I tried to walk as much as i could because i'm still eating junk food and so much sugar and even though i'm trying my best, i have my grandmother to reminds me every single time she sees me that there is chocolate in the house.

The plan is of not staying in the kitchen for too long. I go to that room only when i'm really hundry and i'm looking for some real food. If i don't see all of the "bad" foods, i won't crave them all day.

I passed once again from my old house and i didn't go direct back toy grandmother, i wanted to walk some more.

My first step is to fix my duration for straight two hours of walking without any break. After one hour and a half i feel tired but it is a progress.

The plan in general is to try to walk as fast as i can for straight one hour, which i haven't do it yet because the speeding cars have other opinion, i have to move to the side every time.
