Día 5 Tips para lograr objetivos en el ejercicio (10 kg/10 meses)

Hay días que te sientes menos motivado para cumplir con tus objetivos de hacer ejercicio.
Cómo ayer y hoy me sentí. Pero algunos tips que ayuda a continuar son:

  1. Flexibiliza tu meta del día, si un día estás muy cansado o sin tanto ánimo, cambia la rutina intensa por caminata. Lo importante es mantener el hábito.
    Ayer fui un ratito a caminar a la vía recreativa.

  2. Deja ropa deportiva visible y cumple con el mínimo. En actifit ayuda que el mínimo de 5,000 pasos sea para publicar.
    Recuerda estirar siempre al final, ya publicaras terminando 😎✌🏽

  3. Disfruta, al final del ejercicio el cerebro estará con energía alta, y las ideas fluirán positivamente. 😉🙏🏼

  4. No te castigues si fallas un día, la constancia a largo plazo es más importante que la perfección diaria.
