My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2022
Today, I had a good exercise from treadmill to planking, and need to work out my shoulders and belly . 😁 Though still don't know how to do it, I 'm making a small step everyday to do it right.
I felt body aches to today, as they said " no pain, no gain ".😬@
Tomorrow is another day, as I am posting this post I am ready for bed and about to sleep . ☺️
