Woke up earlier today. The meditations in the last days did help me relax better. Also as mentioned I slept on the yoga mat again after sleeping in the bed for a few days.

Cold shower, prepared food and went to the beach. Started with a spiderman calisthenics hanging swinging singing warm up but it didn’t feel right so I choose a spot close to the water. Not many people for a sunday so I had enough space. Lied down for a moment and then change into the yoga seat and started meditating. It was so silent that I almost did not hear many people. Perfect to relax.

I enjoyed some slow freestyle yoga for at least 3-4 hours and finished with a short run and then cooled down in the water. There I felt that I an getting dizzy and need water rest and nutrients so I enjoyed my sweet dish

  • 750g self made soja joghurt
  • 750g banana
  • 300g apple
  • 250g melon
  • 100g pear
  • 150g sprouted buckwheat
  • 150g sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 75g fresh ground flax seeds

That’s what I eat every day. Sometimes twice. This is ONE portion!!! 2,5-3 kg depending on the mix. Yes I eat it at once. Yes I am in perfect shape.

Eating much does not make you fat.
Eating shit makes you fat🙊

Very nice positive post, thanks for sharing and for your dedication in raising your vibration, which in turn helps all of humanity.

Not so sure about the soya yoghurt, my understanding is that soya should be fermented in the traditional way (takes a long time i think), but i've only skimmed the subject.

Sprouts in the smoothie, very good, i add them sometimes but mostly make a hummus type spread with them.
Re. flaxseeds, my understanding is all nuts and seed should be soaked before consumption, but again, not deeply researched.

Do you do Wim Hoff breathwork?

Soaking. Yes and no as I researched.
They have some things that are bad for digestion but also good if they are not soaked. If you soak them you „activate“ them and use more of the energy.
And as I know seeds like flax and chia produce slime and lots of it so you crush them instead of soaking to make them better digestible and use more or the healthy fats.

Perfection is hard to reach and we are much closer to it with our diets than most
