My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2026

Today was supposed to be a regular 11k day... and then it just kept going.

I headed out in the morning for the usual routine—a walk to get started, some light jogging, and a few exercises to loosen everything up. The weather was good, my legs felt fresh, and for once I wasn't constantly checking my tracker. I just kept moving and enjoyed the quiet start to the day.

The funny part is that most of the extra steps didn't come from the workout itself. The rest of the day was packed with little things—running around, taking care of errands, and staying on my feet more than usual. Those small bits of movement added up much faster than I expected.

When I finally looked at my step count in the evening, it was sitting at 18k. Definitely not what I had planned when I woke up this morning 😄

Days like this remind me that consistency isn't only about hitting the minimum target. Sometimes, once you build the habit, activity starts finding its way into your day naturally.
