My Actifit Report Card: June 4 2026
One week into the challenge, and today felt like one of those days where the steps just kept sneaking up on me.
The morning started as usual—a walk to wake up, some light jogging, and a few exercises to get the body moving. Nothing out of the ordinary. I hit a decent number of steps early and figured the rest of the day would be pretty average.
But after lunch, I went for a short walk instead of sitting down right away. Then after dinner, I did the same thing. Neither walk was long, and honestly, they felt more like a chance to clear my head than exercise.
That’s what surprised me. Those small walks, combined with regular daily activities, made a huge difference. By the end of the day, I was looking at 21k steps.
A week into this 11k challenge, the biggest lesson so far is that movement doesn’t always need a dedicated workout. Sometimes a simple 10–15 minute walk after a meal can do more than we think.
