Hello everyone, it’s Eid! After a month of fasting during Ramadan, the day of Eid is a special and joyful moment. On this day, families gather, seek forgiveness from one another, enjoy delicious food, and share wonderful moments together.
On Eid, we also do not forget those who have passed away. Ziarah (visiting the graves) is an essential tradition that must be observed.
Graveyards and Eid remind me of a very beautiful poem by Sitor Situmorang.
