Good luck with your 12 weeks. Treat yourself to one of the Pinch of Nom cook books or check out their website for inspiration. They had really tasty SW recipes. That enchalda lasagne I posted last week was from there. 💙

I did have a look, they do look tasty, and not too complicated to make. I need to get a few things in the freezer, either home-cooked or from the range in Iceland, for when I'm too tired or busy to think about cooking. That's often my downfall.
Yeah. Having meals ready to go in the freezer and things in the fridge to graze on and fruit are key I think. 😍
