Best Combination Yet To Come?

It's no longer news that Haaland would be linking up with Manchester City if all things work out as expected. I am particularly worried regarding how formidable this team would be next season with Kevin De Bruyne still in the form of his life at this time in his career. Manchester City are rooting for Europe and with the experience in addition to the presence of Haaland, they might have just found themselves the missing piece they need to conquer Europe for the first time.

A lot of people have questioned Pep concerning his lack of effort in buying a recognized center forward. The first time he attempted it with Kane, the deal didn't go through and now, he got the sensation of Europe with Haaland and with his young years, it's scary to think how they would perform.

We have seen how Kevin De Bruyne ripped apart Wolves yesterday with mouth-watering 4 goals of his own. Manchester City won 5-1 but Kevin De Bruyne did everything there is to do in that match. Manchester City are not giving Liverpool any chance and after thrashing Newcastle United by 5-0, it's scary what they would do against West Ham - probably hammer West Ham and then rip apart Aston Villa for the last game of the season.

As long as Kevin De Bruyne is in form, everything City does seems to gel so well. It's not surprising that City had no chance back into the game against Real Madrid after Kevin was taken out of the game. This is the same guy that wasn't given the chance at Chelsea and he went around to rediscover himself and he found himself a home with Manchester City.

The combination of Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne would be electric next season. I know it's hard to predict the kind of form Haaland would come with but you can see with the jubilation of Kevin De Bruyne where he imitated the celebration of Haaland that he is ready and excited to have him join City at the end of the season.

As long as Kevin De Bruyne keeps finding Haaland, I do not doubt that he would pick up form to convert those chances. Haaland is good on his feet and good with his head and you can trust him to win challenges with his body size. Kevin De Bruyne is a good passer and reader of the game which is why I am sure that he would spot the runs of Haaland and their combination would be brilliant.

The same was expected of Bruno Fernandes and Ronaldo but it didn't quite work out for both of them as many hoped but with better structure at Manchester City, I believe they can pull it off and both would become a deadly combination in the Premier League. Kevin can score as well as assist and Haaland is the type that would put away his chances. It's scary thinking about it and maybe I won't want to watch the Manchester derby when that time comes. Imagine Haaland scoring a hat-trick against us and I do not doubt that the fans would love him right away.

The season is about to end and I am seeing City taking a firm grip on the Premier League title this season. Once they get over West Ham and with their superior goal difference, all they need would be a draw against Aston Villa and the title is theirs. I appreciate the fact that they are not willing to take any chance to slip up and it's evident with the way they have scored 10 goals and conceded just 1 in the last two games. They are handling the pressure well and this is why I am convinced that Manchester City would win the title this season.

As for next season, we would have to wait but I am scared because of how devastating this Pep's side would be. I am sure they would add another midfielder but they have to pray and hope that Kevin De Bruyne and Haaland would steer clear of injuries because that's what might ruin their chances at key games.
