A lot goes into planning when it comes to football and coaches are the ones saddled with the responsibilities of doing this. They are as important as the players which is why a lot falls on them when results aren't going their way.

So true,indeed.
You right quite right and one thing I just look at the fans and sports experts really blame the coach for the loss, which is in fact rational to what we think.
