My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2022

Hi Guys, I'm always glad to report my daily activity in this fitness community. Anyway, today was a busy day for me at the office, basically because my colleague was absent today. Before i got to office there were many activities waiting for me, meanwhile i was able to attend to my house chores first before going to work. While in the office, the activities waiting for me were more of physical (walking from one office to another) eventually, i was able to attend to all of them which left me very weak, but regained my strength when i got home and took my birth. Friends, that's how my went today.
