My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2022

Hi Guys, hope we all had a nice day? Today, i started my day with the normal activity I'm used to ( house chores), i now proceeded with other activities which i almost did in a school visitation that my colleagues participated in. This type of school visitation comes up at the end of every quarter, after we were done, i walked down to our local sporting arena where i spent 40 minutes watching different sporting activities. I finally came back being very tired. That's how my day went today. Keep fit.
