Ξεκίνησε καπως έτσι! Γυμναστική για να ισοσκελιζουμε τις κρεπάλες και τα ξενύχτια! Τβρα το κανουμε αναγκαστικά για να την παλεψουμε! Εχουμε αναγκη απο ενδορφινες!
Έτσι ξεκίνησα και γω κάποτε να παίζω μπάλα και έφτασα να παίζω ένα παιχνίδι τη βδομάδα για μήνες. Κάποια στιγμή συνειδητοποίησα πως ήμουν ο μόνος που είχε μείνει χωρίς τραυματισμούς και επειδή ένιωσα να έρχεται η σειρά μου το έκοψα αν και μου άρεσε. Το δεξί μου πόδι έκανε κανα δίμηνο για να χάσει όλες τις μελανιές που μάζεψε από τα παιχνίδια 🙂
Φτυσε με να μην με ματιασεις 😆
My favorite salad! 😊 It goes well with tsipouro hahaha.. I love Greek cheeses the most, without them the salad I make here can never be the same. Well done for weight training. There is nothing better than physical activity and a healthy diet.
