A sunny day and having a day off today, after training I went up high to a cafe with a panoramic view to enjoy a coffee! Everyone have a nice weekend!

Below is my workout plan!

Warm up:
20min Bicycling outdoors
100 Burpees

Main workout:
5×5 Bench Press
5×5 Deadlift
5×5 Squat

Post workout
50 Toes to bar
100 Superman
20min Bicycling outdoors
