Description from Strava: The older I get, the more difficult it seems to me to go out and stay up late on a Saturday night like I used to! Now I'm enjoying the Saturday craziness at the gym! Today we had a party and we celebrated it with team training! More specifically, they were divided into two groups of 5 people each. The training was as follows, the first of each group did 20 burpees, then the second, the third and the third of each of the six. When everyone has completed the 20 burpees, we go to 40, and to 60. After we have raised our pulses, the next exercise is pull ups, 5,10,15,20. The last exercise was the Super sumo deadlift, with the average weight of the individuals in each group! The repetitions were, 10,20,30,40!

The workout was so hard, but the feeling after this was tremendous! For the history, my team lost, but my cardio and muscles won! 😂
