Description from Strava: Happy Sundays, not for me! Morning awakening and I immediately put on my sports shoes to enjoy the -3°C. I know that you may live in countries with much lower temperatures at the moment, but for me it was really a challenge! I did a gentle jog and then did some bodyweight strength training! I wish you a happy and restful rest of Sunday
