2nd Day Actifit Report Card: January 1 2026
It's 2nd day. New year but I am not avoiding walk. Morning walk and then in garden some photo walking.
It's going to be routine until the weather is going to stop this. I like the best part here since I started walking I managed to avoid gloomy feeling and depression. Just one or two day sometimes is more than enough. My goal always was to get myself into happy mode and not drag myself into darkness.
Health and fitness is a must. And this year not going to take things lightly.
I am also going for meditation. I am doing bhram beej mantra and making myself calm. I am hindu so meditation suits me. More of meditation and journaling is going to continue. It's time to get all the ducks in a row and have to get myself away from the routine that hurts. Hopefully that builds me. I am not going to damage myself with toxic eating and drinks.
I know it's just 2nd day but going to continue streak as much as possible.
