My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2022

日中、日差しが強くなってきたので最近は夜歩くようにしています。今日も日中の活動だけだと5,000歩に届かなかったので、近所を少し歩いてきました。涼しくていい気持ちでした。

夜歩くとき、私はノーマスクです。人と話すこともないし、コンビニに寄るわけでもないし、ただ屋外を一人で歩くだけなので。でも時折すれ違う人々のほとんどは、マスクをしています。彼らも犬の散歩だったり、ウォーキングだったりと大抵一人なのですが、それでもビチッとマスクをしています。

周囲と充分な距離を取れるのであれば屋内外問わずマスクは不要、と国も指針を出したはずですが、少なくとも私の周囲ではマスク生活に変化はありません。子どもたちも暑い中、マスク着用で登校•登園していますし、今年中にそれが解除になるような気もしません。

感染がどうこうというよりは、他人への配慮から、或いは他人の目を気にしてマスクをしているような感じがします。日本人がマスクを外せる日は、まだまだ先かもしれません🥲
