My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2023

I went to a park with an asphalt parkway to let my second son practice his kick skater. I recently bought this kick skater for him with rewards from HIVE blog.

I had passed by this park on a bike ride before and had planned to bring my kids there someday. It was probably a 20 minute bike ride from my house.

There were athletic for children and healthy playground equipment, as well as a parkway that circled the park and a lawn in the center. A very nice park, but it was not that crowded. This would be a safe place to let him practice his kick skater !

At first, my second son could not move forward at all, but gradually he got the hang of it and was able to ride well. Children improve so quickly that I envy them... I wondered if he would be able to go faster if he ran a few more laps.

But he couldn't resist the temptation of the long slides and athletic activities, so he threw his kick skater out and started playing. Well, that's how it is with 4-year-olds…😅

In Japan, the cherry blossoms bloomed early this year, and Tokyo is already expecting them to be in full bloom tomorrow. I would like to move my body a lot outside where it is becoming more comfortable.

次男にキックスケーターの練習をさせるため、アスファルトの園路がある公園に行ってきました。この公園は以前、自転車で通り掛かったことがあって、いつか子どもたちを連れてこようと思っていた場所です。自宅からは自転車で20分くらいだったでしょうか。

子ども向けのアスレチックや健康遊具、そして園内をぐるりと一周するように敷かれた園路、中央には芝生。素敵な公園ですが、なぜか人はそれほど多くないので、安心してキックスケーターの練習をさせられます。

最初は見事なへっぴり腰だった次男、徐々にコツを掴んで上手に滑れるように。子どもの上達は本当に早く、羨ましいくらいです。もう何周か走ればもっとスピードを出せるようになるかな…と思っていたのですが…！

長い滑り台やアスレチックの誘惑に勝てず、キックスケーターを放り出して遊び始めてしまった次男です。まあ、4歳児なんてそんなもんですよね…。

今年は桜の開花が早く、東京はもう明日には満開の予想となっています。まだ花粉の時期ではありあますが、過ごしやすくなってきた外でたくさん身体を動かしたいと思います😀
