My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2024 🌸Spring for a moment / 束の間の春(English&Japanese)

It was a very warm day in Tokyo today, with a high of 22 degrees Celsius.

Daffodils, goldfish plants, and cherry blossoms have begun to bloom, and it is already spring outside. However, tomorrow is supposed to be another cold day with a high of 11 degrees Celsius. I am a little worried about the flowers that have bloomed thinking that spring has come. I had planned to ride my bicycle to deliver food again today, but the warm weather made me unexpectedly sleepy, so I decided to take a nap during the day! Wrapped in a warm futon, I felt like I had a dream, but... I forgot it. I can't remember what I dreamed about recently😅

I woke up in the early afternoon, washed dishes, folded laundry. Then I walked to a supermarket a little far away to buy ingredients for dinner a little after 3:00 pm, listening to music on the Sony Walkman I bought last month.

It was like late April or May outside, and I didn't need a jacket. Even walking around in light clothing, I was sweating lightly. It's hard to believe that tomorrow it will be back to winter again.

I had another part time shift today at night. Since my workplace is close to my house, I have recently decided to walk there for exercise. Probably about 3,000 steps there and back. My phone and smartwatch are kept in a locker, so I can't count the number of steps I take while at work, but I guess I walk a fair amount since I go back and forth inside the store. I think there were more customers than usual, perhaps because the warmer weather means more people go outside even at night after all.

Three months have passed since I started this part-time job, and I finally feel a little more comfortable with the work...but I am still sleepy during the day when I work late at night. I would like to create a rhythm in my life where I go to bed as soon as I get home and write HIVE posts at a different time of the day.

The total number of steps exceeded 8,000, making it a day of so-so walking. I would like to walk at least this much every day!

今日の東京は最高気温22度と、とても暖かい一日でした。

水仙や金魚草、桜が咲き始め、外はすっかり春です。しかし明日はまた最高気温11度と寒い日になるらしく、春が来たと思って咲いてしまった花たちがちょっと心配です。今日も自転車に乗って配達に行くつもりでしたが、ぽかぽかの陽気のせいか思いのほか眠く、日中は思い切って昼寝をすることにしました!暖かい布団で横になり、何か夢を見たような気もするけれど・・・忘れました。昼寝に限らず、最近見た夢を憶えていられないんです😅

昼過ぎに起きて食器を洗い、洗濯物をたたんで、3時過ぎに晩ごはんの食材を買いに少し離れたスーパーへ向かいました。先月買ったSONYのウォークマンで音楽を聴きながら。

外は4月後半から5月頃のような雰囲気で、上着は要りませんでした。薄着で歩いても軽く汗ばむほど。明日にはまた冬に逆戻りだなんて、何だか信じられません。

夜は今日もパートの仕事でした。職場は家から近いので、最近は運動のため歩いていくことにしています。おそらく往復で3,000歩程度。スマホやスマートウォッチはロッカー保管となるため、勤務中の歩数はカウントできませんが、店内を行ったり来たりしているのでそれなりに歩いているんじゃないかな。暖かくなるとやはり夜でも外に出る人が増えるのか、いつもよりお客さんが多かったような気がします。

パートを始めて3ヶ月が過ぎ、やっと少し仕事に慣れてきたような・・・でも深夜の時間帯に働くと、やっぱり日中眠くなるのが困りますね。帰宅後はスパッと寝て、HIVEの投稿は別の時間帯に書くという生活リズムをつくりたいものです。

歩数はトータルで8,000歩を越え、まあまあ歩いた一日となりました。毎日、これくらいは歩きたいです!

o.o i dont mind rain. rain is good here haha. you would love rain in malaysia :P and the coldness. ud be complaining about hot and warm everyday

花の色がすごくきれいです!もうすっかり春めいているのですね。いいなー😂

夜の仕事はやはりいろいろとキツイですよね。お疲れさまです。今住んでいるところでは暗い時間帯に外を歩くことはできないので、日本に帰った時に久しぶりに暗くなってからも交通機関で行動できて嬉しかったのを覚えています。日本の横断歩道の写真、いい感じです。こういう何気ないシーンの日本の写真がすごく好きです。

確かに・・自然の多いところで暮らしていると、夜の外出は難しいですよね。夜の23時過ぎに徒歩で仕事から帰れるというのは恵まれているのかもしれません・・
ここ数日昼夜逆転気味なので、気をつけなければと思っています(今も夜の一時😅)
