It has been drizzling for the past 3-4 days and finally cleared up today!

The washing machine we replaced last summer does not have a drying function, so the laundry had piled up over the past few days. So today, with the help of my family, I washed it all, hung it up, washed it, hung it up, and managed to put it away. According to the forecast, the weather will be bad again tomorrow.

In the afternoon, I decided to go walking with my second son while shopping. However, he was sitting in the doorway, fussing about something... The heel of his sneaker seemed to have been crushed, and he was angry that it was hard for him to put it on.

The shoes were my elder son's used ones that looked like new, but indeed the left heel seemed to be a little crushed. I put it on with a shoehorn and asked him, "How is it?", he was not satisfied with the result, saying, "Well...it's better than before, but...". Since the heel would not come back, we decided to go to the shoe store first.

My second son is big for a five-year-old, with big feet, and his shoe size is already the same as that of an elementary school student. In the photos sent to me from his daycare center, he stands out from the rest of the children, and he seems to be in the wrong place😂 Well, I don't know how long he will continue to grow taller, though. So, of course, toddler shoes won't fit, so we head straight for the junior shoe section.

A pair of bright light blue sneakers caught his eye and he immediately decided on those, as they were just on sale. We asked the cashier to pick up the shoes with the crushed heel, and he put on a new pair in the store and headed home.

Pollen seemed to be waiting for me in the city in late February, and as a mild hayfever sufferer, I was slightly uncomfortable. But to my delight, my eldest son has yet to show any symptoms at all this year! His hay fever has been getting worse since he started elementary school, and for the past few years this time of year both of his noses have been stuffed up and his eyes have been bright red.

I couldn't bear to see him suffer, so we started sublingual immunotherapy at the end of May last year. If the effects of the treatment are beginning to show, I would be very happy!

The number of steps managed to exceed 5,000.

このところ3〜4日霧雨が続いていて、今日、やっと晴れました！

昨年夏に買い替えた洗濯機には乾燥機能がついていないため、この数日で洗濯物が溜まりに溜まっていました。そこで今日は家族の協力を得てそれを全部洗って、干して、洗って、干して、何とか片付けることができました。予報によれば、明日はまた天気が悪いようです。

午後は買い物ついでに次男とウォーキングに出かけることにしました。しかし、玄関で何やらグズグズしている次男… スニーカーのかかとが潰れてしまっているらしく、履きにくいのだと怒っています。

その靴はほとんど履いていなかった長男のお古でしたが、確かに左のかかとがちょっと潰れてしまっているようでした。靴べらを使って履かせ、「どう？」と尋ねると、「まぁ…さっきよりマシっちゃマシだけどさ…」と不満気です。潰れたかかとは戻らないので、そのまま先に靴屋さんへ向かうことにしました。

次男は5歳にしては身体が大きく、足も大きく、靴のサイズは既に21センチです。保育園から贈られてくる写真を見ても、園児の中では一際大きく、なんだか一人だけ居る場所を間違えているような・・・そんな雰囲気です。まぁいつまで伸び続けるかは分かりませんが。そんなわけで幼児用の靴はもちろん入らないので、まっすぐにジュニア靴のコーナーへ向かいます。

明るい水色のスニーカーが次男の目を惹いたらしく、ちょうど安くなっていたこともあり即決でした。かかとが潰れた靴の方はレジで引き取ってもらい、店内で新しい靴に履き替えて帰りました。

2月下旬の外は花粉が待っているような気配があり、軽い花粉症の私は若干ムズムズしました。しかし嬉しいことに、今年はまだ長男に全く症状が出ていないのです！長男は小学校に上がった頃から花粉症が酷くなり、ここ数年この時期は両鼻が詰まり、目も真っ赤という状態でした。

見るに見かねて、昨年の5月末から舌下免疫療法を開始しました。その効果が現れ始めているのだとしたら、こんなに嬉しいことはありません！

歩数は何とか、5,000歩を超えました。
