Salvasana yoga with process

Salva means insect. When we will practice this yoga , our body will look like insert . It is known as Salvasana.

Process..

At first you lie down. You add with ground your chin.Place the thighs along the body.Put the ankle evenly over the ankle.Get up and down as far as you can with your left foot.Do not let anything fall into your hands.Take a few seconds like this and slowly lower your legs. Place the thighs along the body.Put the ankle evenly over the ankle.Get up and down as far as you can with your left foot.Put the body mass on your hands and lift the legs up.Slowly lift the legs up by the nostrils to pull the breath.when you will practice you will follow that has our body comfortable ' when our body will comfortable , we will practice this yoga. We will practice two to three minutes . Actually womenwill practice this yoga five minutes and men will practice seven minutes .
