According to Hindu mythology, the vehicle of Capricorn Ganga Devi.During the winter, Capricorn used to swim on the river and lift the tail.How similar is this yoga to Capricorn. It is known as Makarasana.

Process ...
The chest should be lying on the ground.Lift the legs straight up. You will practice this yoga one minute . After sometimes you will practice again . Thus you will practice three to four times .
