Today was a day of long walks in the morning I went for a walk on the green walkway as usual my favorite place to exercise.

And in the afternoon we went downtown to do some last minute shopping because my youngest son needed an outfit for a party he is going to attend.

We kept moving with Actifit.

Hoy fue un día de larga caminata por la mañana salí a caminar en el paseo verde como es de costumbre mi sitio favorito para hacer ejercicio.

Y por la tarde nos fuimos al centro a hacer unas compras de último momento pues mi hijo el menor necesitaba un outfit para una fiesta a la que va a asistir.
