Domingo Un día sin Madres trabajadoras. Mi informe de Actifit: mayo 10 2026
This was undoubtedly the hottest afternoon of the week; I think the heat index was 42 degrees Celsius.
Not only was this day different in that way, but it was also Mother’s Day. At my weekend job, all the female employees who are mothers get the day off. Very few came to work, which created a unique kind of chaos that reminded me of the movie A Day Without Mexicans—if today’s workday were a movie, it would be called A Day Without Mothers.

Over 12,000 steps today—we’re still on the move with Actifit 💪🏻
Esta fue la tarde más calurosa de la semana sin duda alguna, creo que fueron 42 grados Centígrados de sensación térmica.
Este día no solo tuvo eso de diferente, también fue el día de las madres, en mi trabajo de fin de semana todas las trabajadoras que sean madres pueden descansar ese día. Muy pocas fueron a trabajar, eso creó un caos general muy singular y que me hizo recordar la película Un día sin mexicanos, si mi trabajo del día de hoy hubiera sido una se llamaría "Un día sin Madres".
