Venus Williams suffers ankle and knee injuries

So currently at the 2021 australian open,alot of events have happened and the recent one is the current injury that Venus Williams is currently experiencing.......

So yeah during the actual opening set of the match between Venus Williams' and Sara Errani, it was confirmed that Venus Williams who is 40-year-old have actually injured her ankle and she also injured her knee and the injury occured after there was an awkward stumble on her way to the volley near the net....

When it happened It actually looked like it's going to be an actual kind of knock that would really take her out or stop her out of the tournament, after she really had to temporarily use her racket to be able to actually help her to be able to walk to the bench......but she was strong enough to still stay.....

The injury occured during a 5-1 deficit which occurred in the first set, but Venus Williams was able to use a back-to-back kind of medical timeouts and was able to actually push through to the end of the set....

For the fact that Venus Williams was able to push through despite the visible pain has shown that she actually didn't go down without a fight and that she is really a very strong lady

she was actually even able to still take some points off her opponent despite that she was limping from one spot to another spot on the court......

I wish her quick recovery....
