Hello everyone and good day. Finished my 5k milestone today. So it was a nice exercise also to use the stairways that I show in the photos. Very very good for my muscles for the legs. Hope everyone has done a good job with their daily activities. God bless to us all.

Climbing stairs is an excellent work out my friend, I always say the climbing stairs account is double steps Lol!😄

thanks yes it is very good for the legs and lower legs muscle. And i also do the squat exercise 40x in the morning and in the evening.
