Now that Thanksgiving is past, my wife's attention has turned to decorating the house for Christmas. I am always enlisted to help so my day is spent carrying boxes full of decorations up from the basement and moving items from location to location until they are deemed to be in the "right" place.

We always start putting up the Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving. Surprisingly, many houses in the neighborhood have decorations up weeks before we start.
