As the weatherman had promised, when we woke up the snow was falling and it continued to fall throughout the entire day and well into the night. Brownie decided that cold wet snow was no longer fun, so she made sure our trips outside were rather brief. In the evening, I spent 40 minutes on the treadmill to increase my activity level.

Basically i like winter, as here is no snow and temperatures arise seven to eighteen degree Celsius, so we are just wear warm clothes and make it live, but this only stay for two months, and rest of the year temperature over 30 and high humidity in weather. It was a good actifit report beside Brownie outing.

Walking every day is very beneficial for our health and I like to walk. I go for walks with my friends but I can't walk for a few days due to busy schedule
