It was a busy day activity wise. First, since the rain had stopped by late morning, Brownie was eager to go for a long walk. Then, before lunch, it started sprinkling outside once again, so I got on the treadmill for 45 minutes. Later in the afternoon, I went to the grocery store to pick up supplies for the next few days worth of meals.

Maybe Brownie needs a doggie treadmill for those rainy days so you can walk together! Sounds like you enjoyed your day even though it was busy. Nice job with your 10830 @actifit steps for the day! Take care @gregory-f!

When Brownie was younger, we tried teaching her to walk on the treadmill after seeing one of the celebrity dog trainers recommend it on TV. But she never really liked it.

Nice, man! With that height, weight, and waist, you appear to be very fit! I imagine having a doggo helps quite a bit, too. Keep up the great work, and I'll be working to catch up 😄

Without a doubt, having a dog is good for your health. Even when I want to just lie around and watch TV, she's right there pushing me to take her out.

Plus the friendship! A few of my best friends have dogs, and man, I love those guys so much. Always happy to see you, always wanting to play or just hang out with you. Always trying to get you to feed them. Lol.
