My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2022

It was a good day not to be outside. With temperatures near 100 degrees and very high humidity the afternoon was miserable. So after taking Brownie for a walk in the relatively cool morning, I went shopping with my wife. The grocery store and Walmart were nice and cool inside. We were lucky and found parking that was close to the doors so we didn't spend much time out in the heat. Once we got back home, I stayed in and stayed cool.

That pretty much impressive work out from there, rain is starting here from last three days and situation is very hard few area by affecting flooding. Hope everything is fine and have a good day.
