My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2022

After suffering through several weeks of extremely hot weather, we finally got a change. Monday morning it was raining when we got up and the rain continued all morning. By afternoon it would start to clear up, but that wouldn't last long, and the clouds would roll in and it would start sprinkling again. The temperature dropped down into the lower 70s from highs of over 100 in previous days.

This morning, the rain continued to fall for a few hours. When it stopped, Brownie and I went for a long walk in the neighborhood. Brownie was very happy about the cool temperatures. Later, my wife and I went on a shopping trip to get more paint. When we got back home, Brownie was already begging to go out for another walk.
