My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2022
Brownie took me out for a walk early in the morning and again a few hours later. But by then, it had warmed up quite a bit. So instead we laid on the grass under a shade tree. Brownie really wanted to go for a walk, but in the end a nap seemed like a better idea.
After the nap, I got on the treadmill and walked for about 45 minutes before working on getting dinner ready.
