My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2022

I got a reprieve from painting this afternoon. Instead, I spent a couple hours on a shopping trip with my wife. We visited the hardware store, grocery store, liquor store, Walmart and Target. Some of the stops were to buy stuff and some were only to return stuff that was purchased on the last shopping trip.

When we weren't out shopping, I spent some time on a couple walks with Brownie. The weather has turned hot again, not the 100 degree stuff of last month, but it's still pretty hot out. So Brownie and I get out for a couple walks in the morning, before it gets hot.

Shopping and walking time with wife is really enjoyable. But some money may come out of your pocket while shopping
