T20 World Cup 2026 Final - India Vs New Zealand - Part2 - India WON...
Hey All,

This is a follow up post where Yesterday, I posted about - T20 World Cup 2026 Final - India Vs New Zealand - Live from Ahmedabad - Part1 & we have the results infront of us where India came as the winner of the 2026 ICC [International Cricket Council] Men's T20 World Cup, having defeated New Zealand by 96 runs in the final on March 8, 2026 that was played in Ahmedabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium - which is the largest cricket stadium in the world by capacity. It has even surpassed the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia in size. Talking about the numbers then let me tell you that Narendra Modi Stadium has a seating capacity of - 132,000 spectators a truly massive venue for a grand cricketing occasion. Here is the glimpse of the statidium from Yesterdays match...

The stadium was fully packed, and overall it was a great atmosphere for the grand final. Here is the final summary to the ICC T20 World Cup Final summary and before that there was this moment at the last on - Hat-trick ball. Yes, Yesterday, Jasprit Bumrah was about to take a hat-trick [taking three wickets continously in three balls] leaving the crowd on the edge of their seats but unfortunatley he missed it.

Total Matches: 3
New Zealand Won: 3
India Won: 0
Win Ratio: 100% in favor of New Zealand (3-0)
With New Zealand having an upper hand in past encounters, India still rose to the occasion in the final. As stated in my last post, I really wanted India to win this T20 final and create the history by winning the T20 World Cup consecutively, with the latest triumph coming in front of their home crowd. And now before I end this post it would be good to reflect at the summary of ICC Men's T20 World Cup winners since the tournament started...
