My Actifit Report on May 20 2022 | Happy Hot Friday

Assalamu Alaikum! Greetings! How are you, fellow actifiters! Hope that all are fine there. I am fine here, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 20th of May, 2022. It was Friday.

The main event on a Friday is the Jummah prayer. To attend the prayer, I left my clinic at 11:45 am. The prayer finished at around 1 pm. As I left earlier in the morning shift, in the evening shift I stayed one hour more. A regular picture of every Friday.

On Friday, I had only 23 patients in my chamber. Alhamdulillah, there was no emergency case. Only 4 people came for the visa medical check-up.

Here is another lecture from the series called "Angels in their presence" by Dr Umar Suleiman. It was about Hafsa (Ra), one of the wives of Prophet Muhammad PBUH. At one point, they were separated and Prophet PBUH was about to divorce her. But, the greatest angel Jibreel (As) came and intervened in his regard. Jibreel (As) told our Prophet PBUH not to divorce her because she was someone who used to do fasting more and used to pray at night more!

I watched another lecture, which was a Jummah Khutbah by Dr Umar Suleiman. In his Khutbah, he taught us 3 ways to protect ourselves in the time of fitnah.

It was another hot day in Oman. The temperature reached 45°C again, just like yesterday. Alhamdulillah, we have air conditioners everywhere (home and office).

Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
