Hello, again! Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? I am hoping that you are fine. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 29th of May, 2022.

On Sunday, I made 14k plus steps, Alhamdulillah. Although I didn't walk on the treadmill, We went out for a walk after my office work. We also went to a grocery store to buy some necessary items.

On the 29th of May, I had only 19 patients in my chamber. Around 35 people came for the visa medical check-up. I examined around 50% of them.

Blessings for visiting a sick person

In this video, episode number 17 from the series of lectures called "Angels in your presence" by Dr Umar Suleiman, I learned about the blessings of visiting a sick person only for the sake of Allah. 70k angles will accompany the person who is going to see the sick person. On the top, the angels will pray for him/her for the rest of the day. Last but not the least, a special house will be built for him/her in Paradise. SubhanAllah.

The best time for making a dua to Allah

Ustadh Mohamad Baajour has taught us about the timing for making the dua when the chances of acceptance are high. He has mentioned several occasions when we should concentrate on making our dua. E.g. in the last third of the night, after every Fard prayer, in the time between the Adhan (call to prayer) and Ikamah (starting of prayer), during raining etc.

Allah spoke to a Martyr of Ohud directly

Abdullah (Ra), the father of another great companion of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH, Jabir Ibn Abdullah (Ra), was one of the first Martyrs of Ohud. His efforts in the path of Allah were so pleasing to Him that Allah talked to him (Abdullah) after his death directly, without any veil. And, there is one verse in the Quran related to him.
